Ariel Freeman, FNP-BC,MSN

Ariel Freeman, FNP-BC, MSN, received a BS in nursing, with honors, from University of Texas in Austin, Texas in 1995, and an MS in nursing, family nurse practitioner program from George Washington University in Washington, DC, in 2013.

Ms. Freeman has been an advanced practice cardiology nurse practitioner managing comprehensive cardiac care and promoting health and wellness across the health care continuum for the past nine years. She has prior experience as a critical care nurse in the US Navy and later as a flight nurse in the US Air Force.

She is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, maintains credentialing of BLS and ACLS. Ms Freeman maintains profressional memberships with the Amerian College of Cardiology, American Association of Nurse Practiitioners and the Virginia Counsel of Nurse Practitioners. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family (hiking, kayaking, rock climbing). She is also an avid painter and creator of art.
