Dr was not current with mom's condition, medical records were not on hand had no idea of the medication she was on (plavics).. He left her in the treatment room for other concerns while his staff was gathering information that should been provided and reviewed before mom's visit. Mom is in assisted living and not eating her pur?ed food which is the reason for her visit. She said she felt weak the Dr insisted several times she go to the Stafford emergency room. This Dr asked my wife on the video call during this visit to call assisted living to ask why mom was taking the medication she was.!
