Alexandra Murillo, PA-C

Alexandra Murillo, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant with broad clinical experience across urgent care, obstetrics and gynecology, and inpatient hospital medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Pace University–Lenox Hill Hospital and holds degrees in biology with academic honors.

Since 2018, Alexandra has provided compassionate, high-quality care to diverse patient populations, and is currently serving patients at Mary Washington Spine and Rehabilitation. Fluent in Spanish and valued for her empathetic, approachable style, she is known for helping patients feel informed, respected, and confident in their care. Alexandra is skilled in evaluating and treating patients of all ages, performing in-office procedures, interpreting diagnostic tests, and clearly communicating treatment plans in fast‑paced clinical environments.

Prior to her urgent care role, Alexandra worked extensively in obstetrics and gynecology in both outpatient and hospital settings, where she was nominated for Physician Assistant of the Year while at Lenox Hill Hospital. Her background also includes emergency medical services and clinical rotations across multiple specialties, contributing to her well-rounded and patient-centered approach. Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys staying social—trying new places, hosting small gatherings, and exploring new experiences—which she believes helps her stay energized, balanced, and connected beyond the clinic.
