Fredericksburg, VA – February 1, 2018 – Mary Washington Healthcare (MWHC) welcomes three new Trustees
and a new Chairman to the MWHC Board of Trustees.
Three new trustees, Mr. Janamitra “Dev” Devan, Dr. Matthew
DuMont, and Ms. Linda Worrell were elected to three-year terms that began
on January 1, 2018. Mr. William Boldon was elected to the Board Chair
position, also effective on January 1; he replaces Ms. Alda White, who
will continue to serve as the Immediate Past Chair through the end of
this year.

Officer of Mary Washington Healthcare.
Mr. Devan previously served as an executive with McKinsey & Company.
He also served as the Vice President of the World Bank and IFC’s
Financial & Private Sector Development Network in Washington D.C.
where he championed the promotion of collaborative public-private practices
and spearheaded the development of effective regulatory environments conducive
for job creation. He currently works as a strategy advisor with senior
leaders on a range of economic, financial, organizational and policy issues.
Dr. DuMont is a board-certified urologist at Urology Associates of Fredericksburg.
He currently serves on the Advisory Operating Board for the Fredericksburg
Ambulatory Surgery Center, and previously served as the Chairman of Urology
Division at Mary Washington Hospital. Dr. DuMont has been caring for patients
in the Fredericksburg community since 2004.
Ms. Worrell is the CEO of Worrell Management Group, a business development
and strategic planning consulting firm serving clients throughout the
Mid-Atlantic. In addition to her appointment to the MWHC Board of Trustees,
Ms. Worrell is the Chairman of the Fredericksburg Regional Alliance, the
Vice Chairman of the Fredericksburg Academy Board of Directors, and a
member of the Rappahannock United Way Board of Directors. She has also
served on the Germanna Community College Board, Germanna Community College
Foundation Board, the Virginia Chamber of Commerce Board, and the Fredericksburg
Regional Chamber of Commerce Board.
Mr. Boldon is a retired administrative partner of McKinsey & Company,
an international consulting firm specializing in issues of strategy, organization,
and operations. He has served on the MWHC Board of Trustees since 2011.
Previously, Mr. Boldon served as a Trustee of the Mary Washington Hospital
Foundation Board and as Treasurer of the Virginia State Board of the Nature
Conservancy.
Mr. Fred Messing serves as the Board Vice Chair and Mr. Clarence Robinson
as the Board Secretary/Treasurer. Other MWHC Board Trustees include: Mr.

Frazier; Dr. David Garth; Dr. Michael McDermott; Mr. John McKeown; Dr.
