Mary Washington Pediatric Therapy, formerly known as Fox Therapy, proudly became the first therapy center in Virginia to attain the Certification of Autism Care from the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES). This esteemed recognition signifies that our Mary Washington Pediatric Therapy team has undergone rigorous training to ensure exceptional services for individuals with autism. Parents of children with autism can trust that not only do we comprehend their child's needs, but we're also equipped with the expertise to provide the best possible care!

  • Only ONE parent/guardian is allowed in evaluation or treatment sessions/appointments.
  • Siblings cannot accompany the sessions.

We kindly request you to call before entering, as children displaying signs of illness won't be permitted in the facility. We greatly appreciate your ongoing cooperation as we maintain our focus on safeguarding the well-being of our patients, families, and staff.

Speech Therapy

Myofunctional therapy employs techniques to eliminate harmful habits, normalize resting tongue, lips, and jaw positions, and retrain muscle patterns, particularly in cases of tongue thrusting.
