Kathryn Wall

Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer

Kathryn Wall is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Mary Washington Healthcare.

Prior to joining Mary Washington Healthcare in 2005, Kathy worked in several health systems in the field of Human Resources, training, and performance management, including serving as Virtua Health System’s Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness.

Kathy received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and her Master in Human Resources Development from George Washington University. She is designated a Fellow in Change Management by Johns Hopkins University.

Kathy is the author of The Healthcare Training Handbook, Jossey-Bass 2000.
