Eileen Dohmann
Senior Vice President & Chief Nursing Officer

Eileen Dohmann is the Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer of
Mary Washington Healthcare. Eileen oversees all nursing practice and operations
throughout the health system, including Mary Washington Hospital, a Magnet
Hospital designated by the American Nurses Credentialing Center since 2009.
Prior to her appointment as Chief Nursing Officer in 2015, Eileen served
as Mary Washington Healthcare’s Vice President for Quality and Patient
Safety, Vice President for Clinical Operations, Vice President for Nursing
and Administrative Director for Mary Washington Home Health and Hospice.
During her career, Eileen has held a variety of home health and hospice
leadership and staff nurse positions, including working with one of the
first Hospice programs in the United States (Hospice of Northern Virginia)
Eileen received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fairfield University
and her Master of Business Administration from Averett University. She
maintains the American Nurse Credentialing Center certification as Nurse
Executive Advanced. Eileen serves on the Board of the Virginia Cardiac
Services Quality initiative.
