"I came in during a flare up of symptoms and had a million questions and concerns. Jade and her nursing staff were calm and thoughtful about everything I threw their way. She gave me information I needed and helped me to understand recent blood tests. She also opened doors to specialists who could help me further. I appreciate Jade so much - she's easy to talk to, truly listens and didn't make me feel rushed, even though I'm sure I was there for more than my allotted time.
