Richard Erwin, MD
Dr. Richard Erwin is a board-certified neurologist who enjoys caring for patients with a wide variety of neurological conditions including multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, neuropathies, headache disorders, and stroke.
Having a special interest in stroke, he was instrumental in bringing cutting-edge therapies to area stroke victims, serving as the Neurology Advisor on the Mary Washington Hospital Stroke Team from its inception in 1997, until stepping down in 2007. Dr. Erwin considers himself a true “general” neurologist, one who likes evaluating and treating all potential neurological concerns.
