Lesley Grzybowski, PMHNP-BC

Ms. Grzybowski is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing and a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She started her nursing career in 2015 and has over seven years of experience specializing in behavioral health. Throughout her career, she has been able to advocate for the mental health population in a variety of ways such as mental health community education and outreach.

Ms. Grzybowski is passionate about the importance of the establishment of a therapeutic rapport with her patients and believes in the value of a holistic approach to care through collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. She obtained a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2001 with an Interdisciplinary Studies Major that allowed her to ascertain the relationship between Psychology, Biology and Sociology.

Ms. Grzybowski treats mental health patients across the lifespan. She is committed to continuous learning in order to provide evidence-based treatment modalities. Her goal is to empower patients and educate the community concerning the importance of mental health management and advocacy
