Masoud Rezvani, MD,FACS,FASMBS

Dr. Masoud Rezvani earned his medical degree at the Islamic Azad University in Tehran, Iran. He completed his residency training program in General Surgery at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, Pennsylvania. Following his residency, Dr. Rezvani completed a dedicated specialized fellowship in minimally invasive weight loss surgery at Abington Memorial Hospital where he gained expertise and experience in advanced laparoscopic bariatric surgery and surgical endoscopy.

His training also included robotic surgery utilizing the DaVinci System to perform weight loss surgery. Dr. Rezvani is certified by the American Board of Surgery and he is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has received numerous awards for his work during his career as a surgeon and he had several scientific articles published in the most respected professional publications, including the official journal of The American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. Dr. Rezvani is certified by the American Board of Surgery and he is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is an active member of several professional organizations including the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons and the Society of Surgical Oncology. He is also a Fellow of the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. Dr. Rezvani performs general surgery, weight loss procedures, Endoscopy procedures and Robotic operations.
