Outpatient Surgery

For those patients who need surgery but do not require hospitalization for recovery, we offer the Fredericksburg Ambulatory Surgery Center (FASC). Its location on the Mary Washington Hospital Medical Campus means convenient access to physicians, laboratory, radiology and two pharmacies.

FASC offers the same sophisticated technology found at Mary Washington Hospital. Experienced surgeons and anesthesiologists are specially trained in outpatient procedures, and most also practice at Mary Washington Hospital. They are supported by a highly skilled nursing and clinical staff.

Our surgery center is accredited by the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Healthcare.
