Kids for a Cure Club (KFCC) is a non-profit organization that was founded by parents of children with type 1 diabetes in partnership with the Mary Washington Hospital Diabetes Management Program.

Its purpose is to provide diabetes education and social support programs to children with diabetes & their families.  Activities and events vary throughout the year. A day camp for children who have completed 1st grade to 12 years of age is held in June.

A local group of parents of children with type 1 diabetes formed to offer networking opportunities for parents to share and learn from each other.   For information contact: Jennifer Natividad at 540-752-7781(H), 540-207-3466(cell) or This email address is being protected from spambots.
