What is Spirit of Women? The success of Spirit of Women lies in the synergy between local hospitals, national corporations, and media partners that is replicated in communities across the country leveraging strength in numbers and common goals. Spirit of Women hospitals are committed to making good health easier and to help women and their families tack action that results in better health. Spirit hospitals aspire to the highest standards in women’s health outreach and clinical care. In the past year, Mary Washington Healthcare successfully participated in Day of Dance and Girls Nite Out. Mary Washington Healthcare also participates with Spirit of Women on a wide variety of educational programs, community wellness events, membership programs, and other creative outreach activities.
