Lisa Lucas is a registered nurse with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare setting. Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from George Mason University. She has worked at Mary Washington Hospital for 24 years in the cardiology division. She has held many leadership positions at Mary Washington Hospital and is currently administrative director of Cardiac Services. Lisa is responsible for the cardiac catheterization laboratory, electrophysiology lab, cath lab holding, electrocardiography (EKG), echocardiography, stress testing, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, cardiovascular research and central telemetry.

Lisa also serves in the role of facilitator for clinical informatics and clinical champion for the implementation of the hospital information system for computerized clinical documentation.
