Kathryn Wall

Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development

As Mary Washington Healthcare's executive vice president, Human Resources and Organizational Development, Ms. Wall oversees personnel, recruiting, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. Prior to joining Mary Washington in 2005, Ms. Wall worked in several health systems in the field of human resources, leadership development and performance management, including her most recent work at Virtua Health System as vice president of organizational effectiveness.

Ms. Wall holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia and a Master of Arts degree in human resources development from George Washington University. In addition, she participated in the Fellows program in change management from Johns Hopkins University and holds multiple certifications in a variety of human resources and leadership development programs.

Ms. Wall is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the HR Planning Society, the American Society for Training and Development, and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration. Ms. Wall also serves on the boards of the Virginia State March of Dimes and the Fredericksburg Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
