Senior Vice President and Administrator, Stafford Hospital

Ms. Yablonski is the senior vice president and administrator for Stafford Hospital, where she is responsible for coordinating the hospital's strategic priorities. Specifically, Ms. Yablonski's duties include retention of physicians, overseeing quality, improvement of processes for efficient delivery of patient care, setting standards, oversight of budgets, and creating financial and business strategies to assure fiscal viability and health.

Prior to her role as Stafford Hospital's senior vice president, Ms. Yablonski acquired more than 20 years of healthcare-related experience and has held a range of healthcare positions, most recently as the director of hospital operations at Buffalo General Hospital, and corporate director of support services for Kaleida Heath.

Ms. Yablonski earned her undergraduate degree in political science from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. Her Master of Science in professional leadership was earned from St. Bonaventure University in Olean, New York.
